I was born and raised in Kewanee, Henry county, IL. Married in 1953 and raised 5 children. Tutored 40 + years, both children and adults, and also worked for the local newspaper for 12 years. Now my husband and I are retired and living in a privately owned IL Forest Preserve, and involved in a lot of volunteer work.
