I started researching my own family about 6 years ago. I put it on the shelf during a long illness but picked it back up some time last year. The increase in available resources on line during that time has increased tremendously and I just recently found FAG. I am finding great tips and hints on this site. I have always loved cemeteries. They are so peaceful and serene and the histories are amazing.

For now the areas I am interested in are Washington County New York and surrounding areas, New York City and surrounding areas, The Nantucket area, and Canada.

The surnames I am most interested in are LaFlower, LaFleur, Berthaiume, Coffin, Forbes, Campbell, and Aversano

I enjoy the research and am willing to take photos and do some lookups if possible. Anything I find or any pictures I take at someone's request are free to be used unless stated otherwise.

I was raised in the "Da Bronx" and currently reside in Southern New Hampshire.
My honey and I have 7 kids between us, 4 still home. 2 Cats, 1 fire bellied frog, a Beta Fish, a hamster, and a gerbil. LOL

I figure in later years between the family, Genealogy research, gardening and riding my new motorcycle down thru the back roads I will keep pretty active and busy.
