I am the daughter of the late Rev. David Lee Callihan and the late Judy Carol Hamlin Callihan. I am the granddaughter of the late Estill and Avonelle Callihan and the late Woodrow and Velva Hamlin. I am married to Steve Rogers.

I loved (and still love) my mother more than life itself. She was (and is) my heart and my world. I think of her every second of everyday. She is finally at peace after a hard fought, long suffering battle with cancer. I have no doubt she is happy in Heaven with my dad.

Cherish each second you have with your parents. We always tend to think we have more time than we actually do. Speak your mind and your heart freely. To all daughters out there--trust me---your mother IS your best friend.
