Bio

I was born in Fulton, Missouri June 13, 1963. I graduated from Fulton High School in 1981. I joined the ARMY on August 12, 1988, and served in Germany during the Cold War "Fall of the Wall" and remained in Germany during the first Gulf War. I was then stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado.
On August 11, 1992, I received an honorable discharge. Rank - E4 Specialist.
I attended Full Sail Center For The Recording Arts in Winter Park, Florida, from 1992 - 1994. I earned Associate degrees in - Audio Engineering and Video and Film Production.
I started an audio production company in 1994, BBCRecorders.
I started a record label, Twisted Oak Records Inc., in Orlando, Florida, in 1997.
In January 2004, I resumed operations of my audio production company, BBCRecorders, L.L.C. In addition, I briefly worked for Burlington Northern Santa Fe as a conductor between Richmond, Oakland, and Fresno, California.
In 2007, after my mother's death, Betty Ann Hopkins Carmichael (1922-2007), I moved to St. Joseph, Missouri. So now I dig around for ancestors.
I earned a bachelor's degree in Instructional Media Design and was an Instructional Media Designer for Missouri Western State University, St. Joseph, Missouri. I am a teaching and Learning technologist at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. I now live in Youngstown, Ohio, with my wife of 25 years, Elizabeth Ann Kotwis Carmichael.
