Bio

For much of my life, I have been engaged in family history and genealogy. My grandfather, great uncle and great aunt created our first Mitchell Family History in the 1920s. Upon listening to our family stories and then, engaging in the research - my life has been greatly enriched.

In my work with 'Find a Grave' I have focused on the Mitchell's and expanded to include daughters', wives' and mothers' families... Robinson, Black, Taylor, Gill, Cochran, McCampbell, Carson, Phillips, Mason, Brickey, Lorimer, Hendricks and Hall to name a few.

In particular, the Mitchell Cemetery in Union County, Ohio is where I started with my 5G grandparents, David Mitchell (1681-1757) and Jean McClellan (1706-1746) who are memorialized there. Currently, my work is moving to 'linking' family members who were buried in cemeteries outside Union County.
