I work as a volunteer for the Pecan Valley Genealogical Society in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas and I love it! We have one of the best libraries for our size area in Texas. It is exciting to see the local residents, in state and out of state residents come through the Brownwood Genealogy Library and find out about their ancestors and get excited about what they find. I have been working on my genealogy for about thirty years and have become the family genealogist.
