Both my husband and I have roots dating back to the founders of Maryland. His are the Greenwell,Jones, Ford and Wathen, of St. Mary's Co. lineage. Although I moved south to Florida, Maryland's beauty and bounty calls me back often. The pastel flowers of spring, the coolness of the mountain forests in summer, the autumn leaves, apples, blue crabs in July are just a few of my favorite Maryland memories.
