I am a life long resident of Herculaneum and very familiar with the Herculaneum Cemetery. Many members of my family are buried in this cemetery as well as numerous friends and other past residents of Herculaneum. Involved in many civic functions in the city and served as Chairman of the 2008 Bicentennial Committe, Fire Chief (since 1981), Board of Alderman member (7 years) and Mayor (since 2010) and other committees. Graduated from Herculaneum High School in 1969 and Southeast Missouri State University in 1973. Taught for 32 years at Hillsboro (MO) High School before retiring in 2005.
