Bio

I am a Retired Registered Nurse and an avid Genealogist. I have been doing family research since 1978. Most of my memorials are family or allied lines to my family in Western North Carolina. However some are from cemeteries I have visited in other NC counties and states.
My family lines are: Justice, Corn, Grindstaff, Hughes, Messer, Kirkpatrick, Wages, Effler and McCurry, Shehan, Loftis and Barker.
I am definitely not into FaG for numbers. It isn't a contest to see how many I can get. I hate it is for this purpose that so many people do it.
If you have a request for transfer of ownership and you are related to the person in the Memorial, let me know. Please make your request using the edit tab. Also I will be happy to link family members. I have been a FaG Contributor for 15 years and 8 months.

We do not inherit the Earth from our Ancestors but we borrow it from our Children.

I am bound to them though I cannot look into their eyes or hear their voice. I honor their history. I cherish their lives. I will tell their story.
I will remember them . . . .
