Due to the recent and sudden death of my husband Douglas, I will be a little slow on replying to your requests.. Please bear with me as I will get to them

****** Due to the large amoung of e-mail I get, some of it does divert to the "SPAM FOLDER" if your is one of them, I am sorry. I try to answer all in a timely fashion.
I do alot of free work, and I always have and I will continue to do so,
I have been interested in genealogy and history for most of my life, and becomming a professional genealogist has allowed me enjoy my work. Recording grave sites and searching through cemeteries has allowed me to be involved in both. I hope what I have entered has helped others in finding what they are looking for in their search. I live in rural SE Kansas and there are alot of small cemeteries in this area that have been forgotten or have never been recorded.
These cemeteries are our history. I work transcribing cemeteries, and genealogical research. There are alot more is this area that have been forgotten, They are important and I am going to record them also.

My husband and I also preserve these cemeteries and restore the stones,(when we have the extra money) Most of these cemeteries depend on donations from family of the departed to help maintain them. Our efforts have saved many head stones from being totaly lost. But, still many are in bad need of repair. We are hopeful to restore all of them in time.

I hope my efforts help and maybe preserve vital info. I do alot of volunteer work to keep these cemeteries up. Feel free to e-mail me if I can help you in anyway, and visit my web site for more info.
