Bio

After the death of my father, I began visiting his grave which is in a beautiful old country cemetery. I was enthralled with the headstones and the amount of history located in that cemetery. I started researching my family history and visiting local cemeteries. Recently I began fulfilling photo requests through Find a Grave, and am hooked on being a fellow 'Graver'.

I am researching the surname Finch from the Des Moines, IA area. The family name originally came from England, and it is my hope that I'll be able to trace my lineage all the way back across the pond. :)
