I have been involved with Genealogy since 1973 when I sent a letter to the Newport Genealogical Society.
The curator knew of a person in Newport,Rhode Isalnd that was also researching the same family.
Much to my suprise I was contacted by my cousin,who I never knew I had,Connie O'Neil.
She provided me with a vast amount of information on my ancestors and that started the ball rolling.
Here it is 28 years later and my database includes 15,500 names.Some of the names I have added are not a direct line of mine but I have taken the other children of my ancestors as far as I could with the hope that it would help someone else in the family with their research.
