Pam was a 1979 graduate of Kemp High School and worked as a Real Estate Agent around the Cedar Creek Lake Area. Pam had a free spirit and loved life to the fullest. Pam was always the life of the party that she would love to host and entertain at or hang out by the pool. Pam adored her grandchildren as well as her pets. If a stray dog happened to wander into Pam's yard it would have a forever home. Pam also enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband and hanging out with her husband's motorcycle club as well. Pam is preceded in death by her parents; Elmer and Beatrice Bates, her first husband; Pete Melton, brother, Alan Bates and mother-in-law, Betty Jo Raines. Pam is survived by her husband of over 25 years, James Raines, daughters; Lea Nicole Zarsky and husband; Tracy, Elizabeth Ann Melton and fiancé; Wade, Sunny Baker and Jennifer Raines. Pam also leaves to cherish her grandchildren; Dakota, Sierra, Halie Rhae, Ethan, Boyd, Grant and Jax as well as her sisters' Alice Brown, and Kathy Richardson, brother; Gary Bates and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and "Harley", Pam's beloved Jack Russell Terrier
