Jennie Musgrove Pace

Jennie Musgrove Pace, 88, of Laurel went to be with her Lord on Saturday, October 27, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel with Reverend Gene Douglas officiating. Burial will be at Union Line Cemetery in Jones County, Soso, MS.
She was a faithful member of Highland Baptist Church, Women on Missions Activities, was a homemaker, and enjoyed working in her yard. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother to her two grandchildren.
She was one of eleven children of a pioneer family in Jones County, Soso, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Pace, Jr.; parents, Alonzo Musgrove and Elma Knight Musgrove; five brothers, Joe, Morris & Kellon Musgrove of Laurel, MS, Orvel Musgrove of Starkville, MS and Bobby Musgrove of Georgetown, IL; three sisters, Josephine Musgrove of Soso, and Hilanese Galey and Vernice Gilroy of Phoenix, Arizona.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Charlotte (Mike) Reddoch of Laurel and Pamela (Mike) Matheny of Terry; two grandsons, Christopher Reddoch and Nathan Matheny; step-granddaughter, Jill Matheny, step-great grandson, Kadan Matheny; two sisters, Carolyn (Fred) Johnson of Soso and Janell Holifield of Taylorsville; two sisters-in-law, Ada Musgrove of Soso and Maxine Musgrove of Georgetown, IL; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Reddoch, Nathan Matheny, Steve Musgrove, Ted Musgrove, Carrol Johnson, Warren Holifield.
Memorials may be made to Union Line Cemetery in Jones County, Soso, MS.
Visitation will be held from 5 until 8 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2012 at Memory Chapel of Laurel which is in charge of the arrangements.
