Madeline was the daughter of Ernest Bourassa and Florence Mayberry. She was raised in Groveton and schooled in Revere, MA. She lived the majority of her lifetime in Lancaster.

On May 7, 1938 in Lancaster she married Howard Irving Boudle, son of Irving Wilson Boudle and Lilla Mae Masters.

A homemaker all her life, Madeline raised ten children: Irving H, Robert E, Ernest C, Rodney L, Alfred J, Errol, Aubrey, Linda, Laura, and Lorraine.

She was very involved and devoted to her church, the Lancaster Assembly of God. She also enjoyed sewing and needlework.

Madeline is survived by her ten children; 38 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Joan Greenwood, of Waterbury, Conn.

Her husband, Howard I. Boudle, predeceased her in 1988.
