Betty Sue Bare
Betty Sue Bare, age 79, of Bluff City, passed away Friday, January 13, 2012, at her residence. She was born in Bluff City to the late Charles J. and Virgie Spears Kagle. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Bare; daughter, Betty Jean Bare; sisters, Mary Kagle, Rose Campbell and Nola Carr; and brothers, Charles "Buck" Kagle, Jr., George Kagle and Carl Kagle. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Orville Bare; daughters, Brittany Bare, Crystal Bare, Wanda Jones and husband Tim, Janice Woods and husband Alvin all of Bluff City, TN; son, James Bare and wife Angel of Bluff City, TN; 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Athaline Massengill of Elizabethton, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
The funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 pm Monday, January 16, 2012, at Tetrick Funeral Home – Bluff City Chapel with Rev. Rodney Fields officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:45 pm prior to the service in the chapel of Tetrick Funeral Home and anytime at the residence. The graveside service and interment will be conducted at 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 17, 2012, in Morrell Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons.
