GOLDEN WEDDING OF Edmund Roells Is Observed By Congregation
The congregation of Mount Olive Lutheran Church last evening observed the Golden Wedding anniversary of Mr. & Mrs. Edmond F. Roell, 600 West Ludington Street with
a special dinner & service.
The Roells have spent all of their 50 years of their married life in Iron Mountain,
were wedded on October 25, 1887 in Farmington, Wisconsin.
Mr. Roell was employed on the surface at the Chapin Iron Ore Mine & later engaged
in a business, E.F. Roell & Company Store, West brown Street. He retired in 1932.
They have 3 children: Edwin (Saturday, October 23, 1937, Daily News, Iron Mountain, Michigan.)
