Mrs. Fain was born Nov. 13, 1922, in Sharon, a daughter of George Rogan Sr. and Elizabeth Baron Rogan.
A lifelong area resident, she graduated from Farrell High School.
Margaret was employed as a cafeteria supervisor at Thiel College in Greenville for 15 years, retiring in 1978. Prior to her marriage, she worked at the former Sharon Transformer Division of Westinghouse Electric Corp., where she made torpedo parts.
A homemaker, she was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Hermitage. Margaret enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.
Her husband, Hartley M. Fain, whom she married in 1944, passed away in 1962.
Surviving are: two daughters, Donna J. Fain, Colorado; and Sharyn L. Fain, with whom she made her home; a son, Darrell Fain and his wife Cindy, Texas; a grandson, Jason P. Fain and his wife Christy; and two great-grandchildren, Hadleigh and Liviya Fain, all Ohio; and a sister-in-law, Betty Mullins, Virginia.
Besides her husband, Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Irene Rogan, Anna Riviella, Helen Mihoc and Mary Mihoc, who died in infancy; and two brothers, George Rogan Jr. and Albert Rogan.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 3325 Morefield Road, Hermitage, PA 16148; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
