Mrs. Lafon died Thursday at her home in Orlando. She was born July 15, 1884 in Pawnee County, Nebraska, and had lived in the Orlando area for more than 75 years. She was a member of the Orlando Christian Church.
Survivors are two sons, Earl Lafon, Orlando, and Finis Lafon, Oklahoma City; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
