Albert Griffith, 87, of Paducah died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at Western Baptist Hospital.

Mr. Griffith, a native of Graves County, was a retired driver for Brooks Bus Line and several truck lines, a member of Liberty Baptist Church and a U.S. Army World War II veteran.

Survivors include one son, Larry Griffith of Dallas, and two grandsons, Jason Griffith and Wesley Griffith, both of Paducah.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Letha Nell Griffith; one brother; and one sister. His parents were Lonnie Reese and Florence Heflin Griffith.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with the Rev. David Hendon officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with military rites.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to First Baptist Church Foreign Mission Fund, 2890 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001.
