Bosley & Smith, of Lebanon, Kentucky were the undertakers in charge of the arrangements for her burial in Vincennes, Knox County, Kentucky.

1st: I desire after my death my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
2nd: I desire, after my debts and funeral expenses, Igive my wife, Nancy F. Boarman all the household and kitchen furniture to use and do with as she pleases.
3rd" I desire that my wife, Nancy F, Boarman shall have the control and use of the farm and all the personal property as she lives, or remains a widow, and at her death all the property both real and personal and get one third of the proceeds of the sale and remaining to thirds be equally divided among my children, namely: Mary J.
