Grace Stothoff Case, 84, of Raritan Township, died Sunday, Jan. 24, in
the Hunterdon Medical Center. She was a secretary at the South Somerville Depot during World War II and also, during World War II and for many years thereafter, she was a volunteer for Hunterdon County Red Cross. Born Sept. 2, 1904, in East Orange, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Henry and Beatrice Barrand George. She spent summers, as a child, in Copper Hill, N.J., and then moved to Flemington where she lived in the borough before moving to Raritan
Township. She was a member of the Flemington Baptist Church and the Flemington Woman's Club.

Her first husband, George Stothoff, died in 1970. Her second husband,
Herbert Case, died in 1986.

She is survived by two sons, Samuel and Richard Stothoff, both of Raritan Township; a stepdaughter, Jane Steeley of Quakertown, Pa.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St., Flemington. Call 10 to time of services in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.

Highway 12, Flemington, NJ 08822.
