Dana "Turk" Debus, longtime resident of Stone Lake, Wis. was born on August 10, 1922 in Melrose Park, Ill., and died on Sunday, October 14, 2012 in Hayward, Wis.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Betty who passed in 1993. Turk is survived by his sister, Ruth "Boots" Bono; his two sons Kurt and Jay and his five daughters Susan Walker, Kerry Treland, Wendy Staufiger, Lori Wernlund and Jody Debus. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

There will be a private family memorial service for Turk on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Stone Lake Wesleyan Church. The family welcomes you to celebrate Turk's life with them during an open house to be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 12 pm to 3 pm at the Stone Lake Lions Hall, Main Street, Stone Lake, Wis.
