Mrs. Cora Wood, 77, died Sunday at a nursing home at 7505 E 87th, where she made her home. She was born in Hartshorn, Mo., and had lived here 11 years. She leaves a son Ervel Cleaver, Tonganoxie, Kan., a daughter Mrs. Georgia Howe, Elephant Butte, N.M., a sister, Mrs. Edna Groshon, Summersville, Mo., two grandsons and a great-granddaughter. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. tonight at the Carson Blue Ridge Chapel.
