Daniel Homer "Danny" Brown, 57, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012, in Wenatchee, WA. He was born September 27, 1955, to Daniel H. and Georgia (DePew) Brown in Wenatchee. Danny grew up in Wenatchee and attended Wenatchee Schools. In 1973, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where he was a Machinist Mate A Class on The USS Constellation CVA 64. He was honorably discharged on May 14, 1975. He then went to work for J.R. Simplot Company in Quincy, until he was disabled. Danny was an avid antique car lover and was a member of the Wenatchee Valley Antique Auto Club.
He was preceded in death by his father; mother; and baby sister, Cindy, in 1974. He is survived by two sisters, Teresa Bashore of Centralia, WA and Evelyn Brown of Wenatchee; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews he truly loved.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Wenatchee First Assembly of God Church, with Interment following at Wenatchee City Cemetery with Military Honors.
