Geneva Mae Hendren, 97 of Centralia, MO formally of the Madison, MO area, died October 18, 2012 at Boone County Hospital, Columbia, MO.
Geneva was born October 7, 1915 to Orph Boulware and Beulah (Le Grand) Boulware near Duncan's Bridge, MO. Geneva married Johnnie Ivan Hendren on June 20, 1931 in Moberly, MO. He died June 9, 1988. Geneva and her husband farmed south of Madison many years. They retired and moved to Madison. Geneva enjoyed being with her family and enjoyed going to church at Middle Grove where she was a member.
She is survived by her daughter, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, eight great great-grandchildren, two great great great- grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
Geneva was preceded in death by her parents and husband Johnnie as well as a sister Ruby Faye Utterback, a sister Velma Hazel Johnston, a brother Raymond Dean Boulware and an infant half brother Dennis Boulware.
She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Memorials may be made to the Madison Cemetery Association or to the Middle Grove Christian Church.
