Irven T. Gideon, 36 years old, World War veteran, died Sunday at the Veterans Hospital, Leavenworth, Kan. The body was returned to Wheaton Sunday by A. L. Belka. Gideon's home was on highway 44 near Cook's Store.
He is survived by his widow, six children, father, mother, and three brothers.
Funeral services were conducted at the home of his father Tuesday, Oct. 17 by Rev. Williams and burial made in the Tracey Cemetery under the direction of Belka's Funeral Home.
