He was a member of the President of the Borough of Manhattan Post, 84. He was employed in the Department of Sewers in Brooklyn. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. William C. JONES and Mrs. William MARTIN, of San Antonio, Texas, and a brother, Ralph CARRIGAN. The funeral will be held at 10 A.M. Friday from 339 Court street, with requiem mass at the R.C. Church of St. Peter, Hicks and Warren streets. Interment will be at Holy Cross
