On April 10, 2008, LORI PEDDY SPENCER; beloved mother of Adele Marie Spencer; dear sister of Lynn Peddy Wailes and the late Bruce L. Peddy; wife of William Christopher Spencer. A Memorial Service was held Saturday, April 19, at St. James Episcopal Church (Monkton).   Her father, LeRoy Peddy, was a co-founder of the popular and now-closed Green Spring Inn on Falls Road.
