Emma Jean was born September 19 , 1922 in Gurdon, Arkansas to James Henry and Effie Brooking Stroud. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Gurdon and a life time member of Hammonds Chapel.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Vivan Key, mother and father, daughter, Janice Bell and one brother Clarence Stroud.
She is survived by two sons, Stanley Key (Frances) of Gurdon, AR. and Phillip Key of Gurdon; two daughters, Judy Cagle (Garry) of Gurdon and Rhonda King (Rudy) of Gurdon, one brother Ralph Stroud of Arkadelphia, ten grandchildren; Corey Key, Valerie McClure, Vance Key, Stephanie Manning, Mark Cagle, Melissa Long, Justin Bell, Raylee Key, Flint King, Kyle King and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Pharr Funeral Home Chapel. Service will be Friday Octber 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Gurdon, AR with Bro. Steve Stephens and Bro. Mark Crawley officiating. Interment will follow in Easley Cemetery.
