Albert W. Durtsche Dies Sunday Noon; Services Wednesday

Albert William Durtsche passed away Sunday at 12:45 p.m. at his home, 636 South Market street, after an illness of the past eight weeks.

The deceased was born in Galion on Jan 30, 1881, the son of Jacob and Katherine (Baldinger) Durtsche. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Katherine Durtsche; seven sisters. Mrs. Catherine Dice, Caledonia; Mrs. Anna Gaddis, Wilmington; Mrs. Edith Grice, McKeesport Rocks, Pa., Mrs. D. Carl Hocker, Mrs. Dayton Wintermute, Mrs. Carl Bercaw, and two brothers, Walter Durtsche, of Harvey, N. D., and Henry Durtsche, of Galion. The father and one brother preceded him in death.

Mr. Durtsche was employed as a machinist at the Galion Iron Works & Manufacturing company. He was a member of the First Reformed church of this city.

Friends may call at the Snyder funeral home, where services will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with Rev. Cyril G. Collison of the First Baptist church officiating. Interment will be made in Fairview cemetery.
