WILLIAM WITHROW BEESON...born, December 14, 1842, South Bend, St. Joseph Co, IN..died, July 16, 1876, New York City, NY, after developing Pneumonia on the return trip from the Centennial Exposition.

Son of STROTHER M. BEESON (1816-1878) and MARY(WITHROW)BEESON (1819-1844) husband of HARRIET SOPHIA BACON(1847-1875) He was placed in the crypt only a short time after bringing HARRIET'S body back to Michigan for interment next to their son.
