BECHET Joseph Bechet, age 97 passed away on tuesday morning October 16, 2012 at Canon Hospice. He was born in New Orleans, LA to the late Sidney and Enda Gabriel Bechet.
Beloved husband of Yvonne Barbarin Bachet of 72 years. Father of Alan (Diane) & Barry Bechet. Brother in Law of Alfred (Gloria) Barbarin. Grandfather of Denise & Rose, 5 great-grandchildren. Also survived by a host of nieces, cousins, nephews and relatives.
Relatives and friends of the family, also Priest & parishoniers of Corpus Christi Catholic Church are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, on Monday October 22, 2012 at 10 o'clock AM-Corpus Christi Catholic Church-2022 St. Bernard Ave. Visitation will begin 8 o'clock AM in the church.
Interment St. Louis Cemetery No.3.
