AERY BUCKINGHAM born February 26, 1801.
Aery & Thomas Cantwell were married in Jefferson County, Ohio November 10, 1819.
In 1820, they came to Richland County with Thomas' parents. For several years they lived near Spring Mills.
Aery died April 7, 1827 and buried at Springs Mills, near Mansfield, Ohio. She passed away a week or 2 after giving birth to twin boys that had died at birth.

Aery gave birth to their daughter, Margaret, in March 1824 and 8 months later gave birth to twins Nancy and Aery in November. Then a few years later she gave birth to twins again, but Aery and her twin boys passed away.
The Generation of the Upright is a book written by Edward Norton Cantwell. Aery's husband remarried after her death, and he had a son, Thomas, whose son is Edward.

THOMAS CANTWELL born October 4, 1798 in Brooke County, West Virginia died March 20, 1867 at Olivesburg, Ohio buried at Olivesburg. In 1820, he came to Richland County with his father. For several years he lived near Spring Mills. In 1828 he bought 400 acres of land 8 miles NE of Mansfield and 1 miles West of Olivesburg. He resided on this farm until 1865. He sold the West half of it to his son, George Washington. The East half, with the residence, was purchased by Vincent Vantilburg, who still lives on it. For many years previous to the building of the railroads, Thomas Cantwell had six teams of six horses each hauling freight between Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Sandusky, Milan, Mansfield, Shelby and other towns about. The dates of the birth and marriage of his children are taken from his family Bible. Thomas Cantwell was married in Jefferson County, Ohio November 10, 1819.
