Born in Reeders on August 26, 1925 he was a son of the late Charles and Sara (Singer) Frailey and was a lifetime resident of Monroe County.
A graduate of Stroudsburg High School, he was a foreman at Patterson-Kelly for 38 years and then worked in maintenance at the Stroud Mall for 10 years.
He served in the United States Navy.
Survivors include: four children, Catherine Herrmann, Gary Frailey and Tammy Ludwig, all of Stroudsburg and Sara Remsnyder, of East Stroudsburg; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Hay in 1996; a brother, Harold Frailey and a sister, Dorothy Rinker.
