MRS. ELIZABETH DEWALT
Mrs. Elizabeth C. DeWalt, 87, formerly of 218 Priscilla St., Allentown, died Sunday in the Phoebe Home, Allentown. She was the widow of Earl W. DeWalt.
Born in Hilltown Township, she was a daughter of the late Abraham and Mary (Cressman) Barndt.
She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Allentown.
Mrs. DeWalt was a past treasurer of the former World War II Mothers Club, Allentown.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Thelma I. Longenberger and Lorraine D., wife of Arthur Roehler, both of Allentown, and Elizabeth A., wife of Harold Gross of Perkasie; two sons, Earl W. Jr. of West Port, Mass., and William T. of Bradenton, Fla.; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Dorothea B. Zotter, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton streets, Allentown. A calling hour will precede the services.
