From her obituary 6/24/1969 in the Daily Standard, Sikeston, MO: Resident of 715 N. Sikes died at Cape LaCroix Nursing Home in Cape Girardeau, Mo at age 80. Daughter of James B. and Jelia Reese Cora. Survived by daughter Mrs Gladys Stewart of the same address; sisters Mrs Mildred Lee of Sikeston and Mrs Maude Fetter of St Louis, Mo; granddaughter Mrs Jim Lorh of Poplar Bluff, Mo; and 2 great-grandsons. Pallbearers: Bill Acord, Charles Goolsby, Willard Sanders, George Doyle, Don Story and Loren Lohr.
