Bill, 71, formerly Celina, passed away at his home.
He was the son of Dow and Ruth (Staeger) Roettger.
Surviving are a daughter, Ruth (Frank) Miklos, Coats, NC; a brother, Dow Jr. (Pat), Frankfort, IN; two sisters, Jo Ann Shaffer, Celina, and Sue (Bill) Lauderman, Delaware; and two grandchildren.
He graduated from Celina High School and the University of Michigan, where his degree was in naval architecture. After graduation, he worked in the New York City area until retirement.
