After a lingering illness, Mrs. Barbara Jane Demmitt, widow of Henry Demmitt, died Sunday, October 10th 1920, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. T. Harry Krumm, Baltimore. She was 74 years old.
Besides her daughter, Mrs. Demmitt is survived by two daughters, Mrs. F. Lakin of Boonsboro, Md., and Mrs. Charles Kunkel; two sons, Edward C. Demmitt and Charles K. Demmitt; one sister, Mrs. Louis Metzer; and a brother, Francis H. Choate, of Gettysburg, Ohio.
Funeral and interment on Wednesday at Winfield, where she and her husband resided.
