ORRSTOWN, Pa. - Cecil B. Delauter Jr., 62, of 3957 Orrstown Road, died Monday, March 25, 2002, at Chambersburg (Pa.) Hospital.

Born Jan. 15, 1940, in Hagers-town, he was the son of the late Cecil B. Delauter Sr. and Nette S. Kinsey Delauter.

He attended Shippensburg Assembly of God Church.

He retired in 1998 after 25 years with The Beistle Co. in Shippensburg, Pa.

He was a member of Hub City Club and West End Fire and Rescue Co., both in Shippensburg.

He is survived by his wife, Jane E. Hamilton Delauter; one daughter, Peggy A. Hockenberry of Orrstown; one son, Robert D. Jumper of Shippensburg; four sisters, Betty E. Reynolds, Carolyn M. Bailey and Joyce L. Needy, all of Waynesboro, Pa., and Miriam J. Massa of New Port Ritchey, Fla.; two brothers, Robert T. Delauter of Ebensburg, Pa. and Alfred T. Delauter of Waynesboro; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 3, at 7 p.m., at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Shippensburg. The Rev. Arnold V. Segesman will officiate.

Private burial will be in Roxbury Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 3, at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
