ALBERT M. SCHWOERER, 48, of Rt. 1, Valders, died early Wednesday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he had been a patient one week following a two months illness.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Berge Funeral Home, Valders, and at 10 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. The Rev. Denis Cooney will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Schwoerer was born Jan. 5, 1912, in the Town of Eaton, Manitowoc County, son of the late Ulrich Schwoerer and Mrs. Clara Bogenschuetz Schwoerer. He was a dairy farmer in the Valders area most of his life. Mr. Schwoerer married the former Irene Gosse April 13, 1937, at St. Gregory Church, St. Nazianz, the church of which he was a member.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Norman and one daughter, Evelyn, both at home; his mother of R. 1, Valders; five brothers, Bernard of Newton, Ervin of Rt. 1, Cato, and Frank, Arnold and Edward, all of Rt. 1, Valders; three sister, Mrs. Stephen Klich of Rt. 1, Kiel, Mrs. Alvin Stemper of Newton and Mrs. Ruben Vogel of Sheboygan, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. by Father Cooney for the men of the parish.
