04 AUG 2021 SAC to add nicknames, maiden name, LOB/LOD and additional information from a family source and parental links.~According to her son, Jerry Jr., on Aug 4 2021, Wilma Lousie "Toots" was also known as Evilin (pronounced Eve-i-lin, not Evelynn). He was told her BC had Evilin as the given name, but I've been unable to find that record. She is listed as Wilma on her ML with Jerry Keeter Sr (1912-1998) and in several Census records. She is widely known as Toots by her family, whether they knew her as Evilin or Wilma.
