MARRIAGE AT BRADFORD HOME

A happy marriage occurred at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.K. Bradford last evening, July 28th, when their daughter, Margaret Mae became the bride of Harrison Paul Roney, son of Mr. and Mrs. L.A. Roney. The ceremony was performed at 7 o'clock by Rev. J.L. Taylor. Only the Roney and Bradford families were present at the marriage. It was a quiet home event, and the bride and groom were unattended as they stood before the minister while he was speaking the words that made them husband and wife. After the serving of a wedding luncheon, the newlyweds left on a week's tour of the Yellowstone Park to spend their honeymoon amid the delightful scenes of nature's wonderland. After their return to Powell, they will make their home with the parents of the groom, as Paul is associated with his father in the farming operations.

Both the bride and groom in this happy marriage event are well known in Powell. The bride is a graduate of the Powell schools, is popular and admired for her practical qualities. Paul Roney came to Powell two years ago after service over-seas in the great war. He has since been farming with his father. He is a good steady young man and capable of making a good home and livelihood for the excellent young lady he has chosen for a life companion. The Tribune joins with their many friends in the Powell valley in extending best wishes.
