A daughter of the late John A. and Agnes Piper Bistline, she was born Sept. 8, 1896, in Newburg.
Mrs. Culbertson was a member of the Church of God, Newburg, and was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She also held membership in the Woman's Christian Temperance Union.
Surviving are her husband, Pirl D. Culbertson; a son and three daughters, Paul Kenneth Culbertson, Mrs. Irene Hockenberry and Mrs. Alverda Ocker, all of R. R. 1, Newburg, and Mrs. Alma Bear, Star Route, Carlisle; 13 grandchildren, and a brother, R. C. Bistline, Newburg.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the M. Garfield Barbour and Son funeral home with the Rev. Philip Warner in charge. Burial will be made in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
