Fay Christiansen, our mother and grandma, died on July 5, 1992 in Salt Lake City.

Born September 15, 1905 in Porterville, Utah the daughter of Samuel John and Sarah Jane Adams Carter. Married Robert Christiansen July 25, 1928 in Salt Lake City, Utah; he preceded her in death December 13, 1979.

Survivors, two sons, Robert Eugene and Luana Christiansen; Calvin J. and Barbara Christiansen, all of Salt Lake City; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; sister, Myrtle Slaughter. Preceded in death by grandson, Robert David Christiansen.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, where friends and family may call Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and also Thursday one hour prior to the services.

Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
