Funeral for Esther Ytreeide, 94, will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Salem Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Riverside Memorial Park. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Ytreeide, who was born in Odessa, Wash., died March 1.

She moved to Spokane in 1936 and worked in retail sales for many years at The Crescent.

She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church for 64 years. She spent many summers with her grandchildren at their home on Priest Lake and had lived at Riverview Care Center for the last few years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold.

Survivors include two sons, Robert and Gary; a brother, Ray Doering; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Salem Lutheran Church.
