Mrs. Margaret Rilla Long, 91, widow of Jacob Long, died at Springfield State Hospital Monday noon. She was born at Ft. Littleton, Pa., a daughter of the late Jonathan and Mary Elizabeth (Fraker) Kerlin. Mrs. Long was a member of the Methodist Church, Ft. Littleton. She was the last member of her generation of family.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ida Cowan, Harrisburg, Pa.; one son, Chester A. Sr., Hagerstown Rt. 3; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at Norment Funeral Home, Potomac Avenue extended (Leitersburg Pike) at 2 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Ira C. Keperling officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.

Husband, Brother Die in Two Days – Two deaths occurred in the family of Mrs. Margaret Long, 13 Wilson Boulevard, West, in two days this week. Her brother, Dr. P.E. Kerlin, aged 77, a physician of Cleveland, O., died on Monday, according to information received by Mrs. Long.

Her husband, Jacob Long, died on Tuesday. He was aged 75 years, and had been ill more than a year. His funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock.
