Harry S. Fuller
Frostburg - Harry Sanner Fuller, 78, a native of Frostburg, died yesterday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Blake, 128 Bowery Street, where he had been invalided for eight years.
A retired stonemason, Mr. Fuller was a son of the late James and Anna (Worsling) Fuller. He was a member of Fuller Brothers, contractors for about 40 years, during which time he and his brother, James H. Fuller, participated in construction of many of the buildings.
Mr. Fuller was a member of the Mountain Lodge #99 A.F. and A.M. for about 55 years. He was designated by the lodge to assist the late govenor of Maryland, Lloyd Lowndes, at the cornerstone laying ceremonies of Frostburg State Teachers College on September 4, 1899. At the conclusion of the Govenor's address, he set the cornerstone in place.
He was the husband of the late Fanny Foy Connor Fuller, who died about ten years ago. Besides his daughter, Mrs. Blake, he is survived by five other children, Jesse C. and Timothy G. Fuller and Mrs. Harry Anthony all of Frostburg, James Howard Fuller, Barberton, Ohio, Mrs. Gordon Herbig, Akron, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The body is at the Blake home.
