Allen Lavern Elliott, age 64, of Centralia, Ill., died suddenly Tuesday evening, March 12, 2002 at St. Mary's Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2002 at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. John Conrad, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Allen was born on June 26, 1937 in Menominee, Mich., the son of Dallas and Clara Boll Elliott. He married Audrey (Boll) Elliott in 1968. Allen worked at plant manager of Kas Potato Chip Co. in Centralia and was retired from Sigma Chemical in St. Louis. He was a member of St. Mary's Parish and served as a Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include his wife: Audrey; his mother: Clara Boll of St. Nazianz; four sons: Brian Elliott and Eric Elliott, both of Ocala, Fla; Keith Elliott of St. Louis, Mo.; and Todd Elliott of South Bend, Ind.; three daughters: Laura Burgoon and husband, Richard; Lisa Elliott and Lyn Tucker and husban, Bobby, all of Ocala, Fla.; eight grandchildran; one brother: Dallas Elliott of Temple, Ariz.; two sisters-in-law: Patricia Boll and Bernadine Elliott.

Allen was preceded in death by his father: Dallas Elliott; one brother: Clarence Elliott and his father-in-law: Edward Boll.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2002 at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. The Christianson & Deja Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
