Fawneta served as an educator in her community for 42 years. She was a contributor to every educational institution in her community and served in many varied capacities within those institutions both public and private. She cared deeply about serving children with special needs and went above and beyond the prescribed standards to serve them as a Special Education Teacher and Administrator there-by setting a new standard for Special Education in the state of Arizona. Her life's work has left a marked and lasting influence on the lives of thousands.
